Order & Shipping Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.
Orders can take 3-5 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Orders under $100: Standard 1-3 day shipping for $8.50.
Orders over $100: Free shipping!
Sales tax is charged when applicable and calculated based on the shipping address.
Refunds on items eligible for return are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned unused and unopened and with tags attached, when applicable. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund.
Customer is responsible for return shipping. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

A refund will be processed once we have received your returned items. Shipping charges will not be refunded, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used. Please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to process depending on your provider.
Any item returned after 14 days of receipt is not eligible for a refund.
Please note the following items are not eligible for return and refund: final sale merchandise and products specified as non-returnable in the product description, unless they are faulty. Any exceptions to this policy are noted on the product page.
We do not accept exchanges. Please initiate a return for the product you wish to exchange and complete a new purchase for the correct item in a new order.
